Woodland bank was looking to replace their headquarters in Grand Rapids, MN. They had outgrown their existing space and were looking to incorporate more community centered spaces. Woodland also sought to update their teller stations to incorporate new technology in a pod layout. The two story with basement building features a welcoming branch lobby with flex space that overlooks from the second story, a community room with a patio, a lower level tenant space, as well as office and operations spaces. Vanman worked with the bank to source and implement a temporary bank space on site during demolition and construction.
