Minnco Credit Union was looking for a new headquarters located in Cambridge, MN. The building needed to provide ample office and meeting spaces as well as a local branch to serve the area. Vanman worked with Minnco and BJ Baas to create a two story space that features a welcoming branch lobby, a training room to fit employees from the areas multiple branches, an executive suite with large offices and board room spaces, as well as many employee centered spaces with a variety of different work space types. Vanman also coordinated with Minnco and a developer to split the lot with shared access to both properties.
