GRFCU sought to construct a new credit union in Big Lake, MN to expand their service area and to incorporate their new operations model. The design focused on the integration of ITMs and creating a client based atmosphere that would grow and change with the them.

Vanman worked with GRFCU to incorporate brand recognition into the building itself through exterior material selection as well as creating opportunities for signage and branding inside and out. Flexibility was important and multipurpose spaces and technology such as color-change leds and ITMs were incorporated to allow GRFCU to alter the function and appearance of their space easily.
