JERRY RICHARDSON, AIA

Senior Architectural Manager

The desire to become an architect for Jerry started at a young age with his Kenner Girder and Panel Building Set, then it was onto drawing plans and perspective images of homes based upon the cartoon The Jetsons. Building and drawings are part of the profession but his time at school taught him the importance of listening and understanding the client and users in fulfilling their needs. For over 40 years he has provided his architectural knowledge and experience on a variety of project types throughout the US and Canada including a number of projects receiving design awards from local and state architecture and development groups. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Board Certificate (NCARB) and holds a LEED AP BD+C certification.

GET TO KNOW JERRY

I spend as much time as I can outdoors, running, walking, or hiking, enjoying time spent with my wife, friends and two Labradors. When the weather does not cooperate, I spend time on home improvement or woodworking projects. My wife and I are always up for travel, exploring old and new places as we continue to recover from the pandemic.
